With county competitions reaching the later stages, Grosvenor players have had some success, but the last two remaining county entries are Graham Bridges' triple (with Steve Jenner & Stuart Moaby), which plays at home against a team from Tonbridge on Wednesday evening, and the pair of Jo Cartwright & Su Barton, who travel to Sevenoaks on Friday. The Grosvenor team is now three matches into the Tunbridge Wells mixed triples league season, and we are currently top of the first division, having taken maximum points from the first three games. Our next fixture is at home on Thursday to third-placed Wadhurst A. Do come along and give the team your support if you can! Our friendly fixtures are dodging the showers with some success. Unfortunately a couple have been lost to the weather but several have been played around the rain, with early teas and the occasional use of wet weather gear! This Sunday we play host to Cranbrook Bowls Club. We are hoping the summer weather will have arrived by then!

The club competition draws are up in the changing rooms and in the members section of the website, and the first of those matches start this week!

In the meantime, we invite anyone to come and join us at our regular Wednesday evening practice night from 6pm.
