After a year away due to Covid-19 restrictions, Thursday evenings are once again league night! The Tunbridge Wells Bowls League began on Thursday 3rd June. Grosvenor's first fixture in the mixed triples league was at home against Calverley 'B', having travelled to Calverley for a friendly match the previous evening.

With home advantage, Grosvenor just had the edge most of the way through the match. Both of our triples won, leading to an over all win and maximum points. A super start to our league campaign and a great debut result for Gillian Douglass, who lead for Graham Bridges' triple.

Next Thursday, Grosvenor travel to Pembury in the league and will be hoping to build on a strong start.
